Peter Kapiloff has been actively engaged in nonprofit support and fundraising for nearly two decades. Kapiloff’s nonprofit support extends beyond charitable giving. In addition to his fundraising, Kapiloff has rolled up his sleeves to dedicate his time and energy to volunteer efforts. Starting as a volenteer in Port Au Prince, he experienced first hand the devistation caused by the earthquote in 2010. In the wake of disaster, he moved to Norther Haiti to support survivors of natural disasters numerous for two years. He embarked on a mission to help communities rebuild following the devastation of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. This included diligent work to support the Hope for the Children of Haiti school and orphanage. Not only did Kapiloff live in Port-Au-Prince at the time of the earthquake, he remained for several days working with search and rescue and delivering much-needed supplies to communities in need.
Peter Kapiloff is a proud supporter of Konbit Sante. He actively offers nonprofit support in the form of donations, as well as volunteer efforts. Focused on strengthening the healthcare system in Haiti, Konbit Sante is working to establish sustainable healthcare in communities across the Republic. Embracing the notion that Haitian problems need Haitian solutions, Konbit Sante is working to establish a strong foundational core for the Republic’s healthcare system. While international support is always appreciated, Konbit Sante understands there are long-term benefits to strengthening Haitian healthcare overall. Konbit Sante is working to ensure that the community is able to achieve a strong foundation that embraces sustainability.
