Peter Kapiloff is a dynamic business owner and executive in operations. Kapiloff stands as Vice President and COO of Kapiloff’s Glass, Inc., Owner of Waubeeka Golf Links and additionally leads Konbit Kapiloff, a nonprofit organization supporting communities in Haiti.
A true testament to American ingenuity, Peter Kapiloff has lived the journey of the entrepreneur, again and again. At the helm of Kapiloff’s Glass, Inc. (KGI), Peter leads Operations, Estimating and Project Management from a place of experience. Prior to joining the executive leadership team of Kapiloff’s Glass, Peter had the opportunity to oversee field operations at the center of KGI. This included rolling up his sleeves to complete some of the venture’s most complex projects and solutions.
As Vice President and COO, Peter Kapiloff doubled Kapiloff’s Glass, Inc. (KGI) from 2016 to 2023. Drawing on his hands-on experience, Peter grew the venture from the inside out. His inside understanding of how to fabricate, manufacture and install complete systems offered by Kapiloff’s Glass adds a unique element to his executive leadership of the venture. A drive for innovation guides his leadership of Operations, Estimating and Project Management.
Peter Kapiloff is the Business Owner of Waubeeka Golf Links, a public golf course featuring an 18-hole course on 204 acres of picturesque habitat-friendly land. The scenic landscapes of Waubeeka act as a lively hub for event hosting and fundraisers. Focused on habitat preservation, Kapiloff and his partners ensure the livelihood of Waubeeka is maintained with wildlife in mind. Preserving the scenic beauty of the golf course remains paramount. Waubeeka has received 4 out of 5 stars from Golf Digest and has achieved great acclaim as a leading New England golf course hosting unique site features.
In his free time, Peter Kapiloff embraces the excitement of thrilling adventures in aviation, mountaineering and scuba diving. An explorer at heart, Kapiloff appreciates the opportunity to visit new locations to learn more about the world. His most exciting adventures have also proven to be the most fulfilling. His nonprofit support of Konbit Sante, Hope International, and establishment of Konbit Kapiloff have offered him the chance to travel internationally to rebuild communities in the wake of natural disasters. Kapiloff’s active support of Haiti’s healthcare, Edjucation, and Agriculture, has become the most impactful adventure activity of his life.
